The Project
New build primary school providing innovative learning spaces in a modern environment with capacity for more than 300 pupils, which includes a 52-place nursery and a 19-place special educational needs unit aiming to engage pupils and enhance their learning experience.
Key information:
- 1000m2 external shell using 150mm S/Ps with a 0.213 U-value.
- 2300m2 of 330mm roof cassettes with 300mm I-joists.
- Finished in red brick at low level with anthracite composite panels to complete the external build up.
- 140mm Internal stud walling.
- 6 week build program for external shell and internal walls.
