It provided the perfect opportunity to share ideas, explore opportunities for sustainable cold storage solutions, and demonstrate how our sector continues to evolve to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Cold Chain Federation Emerging Leaders 2025
The cold chain sector never stands still. It thrives on innovation, progress, and the people driving it forward. Recognising the importance of nurturing future leaders, the Cold Chain Federation continues to invest in the next generation through its Emerging Leaders Programme, a key initiative for developing talent across the cold chain logistics community.
At this year’s Cold Chain Live!, the Federation announced the 2025 Emerging Leaders cohort. We’re proud to share that Hemsec’s Harriet Brown was recognised for her contribution to the industry and selected to join the 2026 programme, reflecting Hemsec’s ongoing commitment to supporting leadership and innovation in the cold chain industry.
