In this newly created role, we are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As the Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) projects. You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the business, ensuring the successful implementation of SIP’s construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring the adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage the technical aspects of SIP’s construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and review project plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the proper installation and use of SIP’s materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of SIP’s materials and equipment.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay updated on the latest SIP’s technologies, best practices, and regulations.
- Train and mentor project teams on SIP’s construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the proper installation and performance of SIP’s materials and systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and innovations related to SIP’s construction technology.

Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
